A very cozy and comfortable place, located close to Tiananmen. The neighborhood was warm, friendly, and charming. Most importantly, the hotel owner was incredibly helpful, offering excellent guidance and assistance throughout my stay. Their kindness and hospitality truly made the experience special 环境非常温馨舒适，距离天安门很近。周边社区友好热情，充满生活气息。最重要的是，酒店老板非常热心，在整个入住期间给予了我很多帮助和非常实用的建议。他的热情和周到服务让这次住宿体验更加难忘。

Amazing stay very close to Tianmen mountain cableway. Super friendly owners and it’s on a cute little street with food options! Definitely recommend.

A little gem of a hotel run by nice people. Our DiDi driver was unsure where to drop us off and one of the ladies running the hotel came out to make sure we were in the right spot. Checked in hours before check in time and were able to spend a full day up Tianmen Mountain, as the cable car station is within minutes, walking distance, to the hotel. It was clean and well run, surrounded by restaurants and small spas. And the best value of our month long trip to China.

Very helpful and friendly, it was very easy to communicate using translate. We sat down one night for tea with them and they were very informative. Great atmosphere and super close to the main attractions.

A MASSIVE shout-out to the daughter 🐑 who runs the place—her service is superb and goes far beyond what you could ever ask for. She was incredibly resourceful, answering my countless questions months before my arrival with sincere and very prompt replies! But wait, there's more! She booked all our park tickets with discounts (72 Wonder Towers, Tianmen Mountain and 4 days Zhangjiajie National Park. She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The hotel is very cute, and the rooms are nice. Perfect location right next to cablecar and little food street. Unfortunately we had to stay in a different room than booked due to some issues, but it was still good.
