Comfortable hotel conveniently located near the entrance of Tianmen Mountain. Spacious rooms and clean facilities which were all very new. Extremely knowledgeable staff who were always happy to answer questions to assist with itinerary planning. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. Service was above and beyond, with complimentary dessert, ginger red tea, and herbal hot foot baths offered to all guests each night, the latter of which was definitely appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending to friends planning to visit Zhangjiajie.

Unbelievable fantastic experience!
This hotel is just opposite the cable car station sitting beside a food street with supermarket behind and several 24/7 convenient stores around. But location is the least point to mention.
Traveling with seniors and kids is always challenging. Due to the miscommunications, we initially booked wrongly and luckily the reception team helped us to communicate with Trip.com and settled it down without any hiccups. Besides that, the reception lady - Alice (WeChat name is Soda Water) added me in WeChat as our butler, and she did respond to my requests promptly and arranged things nicely. Really appreciate it!
Lastly, this hotel also provides some snacks at night which is a surprise to us. 🥰

Restaurant manager is very friendly and attentive to our food needs. They offer western and chinese food selections that are tasty and delicious, specially like their local dishes. Environment and room is clean. Front desk is friendly and ready to offer their assistance when needed. Even the cleaning staff cleaned the room well. Overall is a good stay.

Good location as it’s just across the cable car station. Lotsa eateries nearby. Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast spread. Excellent customer service especially Xiao Ching who was friendly and helpful. She also kept in touch with us to check if we require any assistance. We were checked in early at 10am and they also accommodated our late check out at 2 pm. Highly recommended
