room size high as compared to other brands and very much Hampton’s standard. Just 5 mins walk to the Cableway for Tianmen Mountain and vicinity many local cuisine restaurants serving must-try dishes. And self laundry service that comes with staff helping you do it if you are pretty much out of hotel.

We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. We choose this hotel due to close proximity to Tianmen Mountain cable car station, just 7 mins walk away crossing the road. Clealiness wise is superb, we got upgraded to a bigger room at 12th floor. Hotel interior is cosy and classy. They have welcome drink too upon check in. The hotel provides 3x washing machine and 3x dryer machine for hotel guests to do their laundry. The best part is they have staffs standby near to the laundry area to help you monitor when your clothes is ready and they will sent the clothes right to your doorstep. We are happy with the stay and highly recommend to our friends and family to stay in when they come over to Zhangjiajie.

Modern hotel with feel good vibe. Definitely recommend as it is just across the street from the cable car station. Could even see the cable cars from our room window. Nice breakfast spread as well

A great hotel to stay no matter if you a visiting Tianmen Mountain (with the cable car right across the street) or Zhangjiajie (with a bus station a few hundred meters behind the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. The room was very nice and clean. Outside the hotel there is a long food street with delicious little dishes and loads of choices. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location was just perfect, directly opposite the TianMen Mountain Cable car. Room was so comfortable.
The breakfast was great (especially eating so many days of Chinese food), there was many variety to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant there were friendly. Kudos to Chef Hu.
There was another two aunty staffs (which I have forgotten their name, but should be from housekeeping) that were of great help, the laundry dryer was so packed till everyone was queueing to use them. They took out extra dryers from the storeroom for our use. Really appreciate their help . 👍👍👍

Hotel location is the best,right opposite the Tianmenshan ropeway station,very convenient.
Hotel staffs service is perfect,breakfast is good. Hotel even has a free laundry room with washers and dryers for guests and free detergent to use.

Spacious room at a convenient location next to eateries and convenience stores. It is just opposite Tianmenshan cable car station. Excellent service and great breakfast. Strongly recommended.
