The hotel is located right below the Tianmensan mountain, just within walking distance from the cable car station, making it very convenient. On top of that, there are many restaurants and convenient store within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has provided refreshment at the lobby and amazing selections for Breakfast. The room is very comfortable, always clean and they provide plenty of water bottles and amenities. We had to leave early to catch the train and the hotel staffs were able to prepare a take away Breakfast for our group at 5:30am. Overall great service we are very happy with our stay.

The best hotel in the city, conveniently located across the street from the Tian Men Mountain cable car. Modern rooms with powerful air conditioning, and comfortable beds, refrigerator, and rain showers. The hotel breakfast is very good with lots of selections. Front desk staff were helpful. Recommended.

I had a great stay at the hotel in Zhangjiajie! The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is just opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, which is super convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful and professional, especially 小方 (Alice) at the front desk. She patiently explained to me how to explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and I can also contact her via wechat whenever i need help or have questions. She responded very fast and professionally. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel provided picking up service for the room I booked. It was a comfortable 7seater with ample luggage space and the seats even have massage option! Highly recommend this hotel for all the helpful staff around, in an excellent location. Will definitely be my 1st choice here!

Hotel is located just opposite Tian Zi Mountain Cable Car. Very good location. Convenient. Surrounded by many good restaurants downstairs. Room is clean and comfortable with big windows. Window can be opened. Good front office service. Excellent service from Night Housekeeping Team 阿丹 who take care of guests’ needs very well.

I have 4 days trip to my “dream destination Zhangjiajie”, and I love this hotel. It’s next to the cable cable station, very convenient. Everything is good!

Amazing location, right across the Tianmenshan cable car station. Very convenient with a lot of nearby restaurants. Room is spacious and clean, the breakfast was also great. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Hampton. it is opposite TianmenShan cableway station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Alice, who shared with us good dinner place and arranged for foot bath after our climb at Tienmen Mountain.

This is a great hotel if you are visiting the Tianmen Mountain bcoz the hotel is just opposite the Cable Car station to the mountain. Hotel is modern, new, clean and bright as expected under hilton group branding. Check in was very efficient and welcoming. I was attended by Ms Alice. Ms Alice was very welcoming and friendly. She can speak a bit of english very well too. Two thumbs up. At the lobby, they also put up a station of tea and lemon drink which is very handy for guests coming back from Tianmen Mountain. The hotel rooms are bright, clean and modern. Size of the room and bathroom are good too. They also offer branded Peter Thomas Roth toileteries. Our rooms do not have any smoking smell at all. Buffet Breakfast is generally ok but can be further improved. The changsha famous milk tea shop is just next to the hotel. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Superb hotel for travellers. Cable car for Tianmen mountain just across the street. Hospitality was great, when reception offering Us meal in the boxes at 6am since We are going to check out early.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick service. Location was convenient, close to scenic. Breakfast had great variety. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Pros: It was clean, it’s in a good location (next to cableway), shower and toilet are in separate rooms. Cons: Staff doesn’t speak any English, it has a bright light under the refrigerator that you can’t turn off that is keeping the entire room lit, temperature is always 27 Celsius (80 Fahrenheit) they only have a central air system controlled by management for the entire hotel. When I reached out to hotel staff, they brought a heater, to make it even hotter and then the second time they said they’d tell engineering to turn on the refrigeration for the air conditioning which, obviously never happened. This is definitely not a localized issue to one room, my brother had a separate room which also had the same issues. There’s much better priced hotels with better amenities in the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel as it is new and clean and very convenient as it is next to the cable car station route A for Tian Men Shan! Below is a super duper delicious Cha Yan store which you could possibly get the best bubble tea to give Cha Gee a run for its $$$. All amenities are provided and the rooms are huge!!! There are free tea, lemon water and snacks on level 1 of the hotel and 24 hrs massage places are just next door!!!

Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention. Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine! We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.
