Very chic modern hostel hidden in 13th floors of a high-rise building. The whole building is for hospitality. We booked a Japanese theme style room. The decoration was modern and serene, beds are comfortable, linen and essential are good quality. Very close to the Tianmen Mountain entrance, 5 mins walk, just behind the hotel. The room suppose can see the mountain views but now blocked by big hotel construction. Little noisy during the working hours. The staff are very polite and keen to help, excellent service. Only down point is no coffee or tea offer even they have very nice tea set in the room Still we have a lovely stay and highly recommended

The staff was very helpful, and assisted us with buying tickets for the park. The bed was wonderful, we had the best night rest during our trip. Highly recommend!

When you arrive and see the Building (Foto 1) do not go where all the logos are on the right, but stay on the road on the left side and you will find the entrance (Foto 2) with the elevators to the 13. Floor where the reception is. We reviewed a warm welcome from a very cute girl, the beds comfortable and the service impeccable. Just one thing: The guy who thought glass panels around a toilet are a great idea, never took a dump while others in the room filming your milky-half visible figure and laughing their asses off. At least Hanse the privacy screen from top to bottom, not halfway pretty please? Thanks ;)

Perfectly located within a few minutes walk from Tianmen Mountain cableway - both lines A & B depart from there. I did research before I came and was planning to take line A which most people take. When I asked hotel staff to help me with purchasing the tickets, they were knowledgeable and advised me a section of line A cableway was suspended for construction so recommended to take line B instead and I'm glad I did. There are lots of restaurants along the way and a convenient store downstairs. Across the street from the cableway, there's are even more smaller local eateries. The hotel decor was modern and cozy. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Inside the room, there were welcome fruits and welcome pack with some very thoughtful items such as steam eye mask and heat pads. Plenty of power sockets to charge phones and things. We loved the soft touches such as emoji puzzle while waiting at the lift and the paper strips with the address of useful places. We arrived by high speed rail and contacted the hotel (through trip.com app) to help us get tickets for the cableway. They offered to pick us up from the HSR with clear instructions on where to meet with no hiccups at all. Everything was perfect. When we checked in, the staff patiently explained how we can best cover the scenic spots that we wanted to visit. Overall, a very enjoying stay! Thank you!

Beautiful, clean hotel. We had free pick-up from the railway station. Immaculate and helpful service. Would definitely recommend.

Very good service. Hotel staff is super friendly and the hotel room is comfortable and clean. There is also a free arrangement to s4nd us to the train station. Hotel is near to the cable car station and there are many eateries around the hotel. Will certainly come again

We had a fantastic experience staying here. Everything from the well-planned amenities to the overall comfort of the space exceeded expectations. The hostess was warm, courteous, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth; especially with the clear communication ahead of check-in and arrangements for pickup. The location is a standout feature: very central and just a short walk to the cableway entrance, which made exploring the area effortless. It was also great to have a convenience store and a variety of restaurants right downstairs. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

Really wonderful stay. Perfect location for catching the cable car and extremely helpful reception. Very clean and provided many amenities including hand warmers for when you’re on tianmen mountain!
