I found and killed a cockroach in my room. There was no one at the front desk when I tried to ask for a different room. I could not sign up for WeChat so I tried to contact them with AliPay but did not get a response. They refunded me the rest of my stay but did not refund me for that first night when I found the cockroach. Some other beetle like insect showed up after too.

Could be cleaner and the beds are very hard. Planes fly directly over the hotel and the windows are not really tight. Otherwise location is good and drinking water is provided every day.

People are friendly but when I complained about the dust in the room, they started to gave excuses which cannot be taken. I came during a peak and each room should be cleaned as they were full, however the minimum cleaning wasn’t done and you can see from the pictures
