I hope the platform can check!!! 1. No bottled water!!! If you want water, it costs two yuan a bottle. At our request, the boss gave us a bottle each. The boss said that we also bought this water with money outside. Then I still spend money to stay in your store! 2. Many items such as disposable supplies and toilet paper are not available!!! There are no disposable slippers, no toilet paper in the toilet, no screens, no bath towels, floor towels and other supplies. There is really nothing! Although there is shower gel and shampoo, the quality can be seen in the picture! And these slippers shocked me, They come in all shapes and sizes. I don’t know where the boss got them. They are second-hand items that no one else wears. It’s really disgusting🤢 3. There are no firefighting supplies!!! This B&B is on the 15th floor of a residential building in a community. There is no sign at the door, so I have to call the boss to find it. The reason given by the boss is that the property management does not allow it. There are no firefighting supplies on such a high floor. I don’t know this. How did the boss pass the fire inspection? . . Putting hygiene aside for the moment, for your own safety, it’s better to book this B&B with caution! 4. The service attitude is also very average!! We went there early, and the boss asked us to put things in advance It's in the house (that's the only thing worthy of praise). This was stingyness to the extreme. The atmosphere of saving money was revealed everywhere in the house, even the hygiene The garbage bags in the room are all packaging bags of unknown contents. . . . The owners of other B&Bs usually call in advance to tell them the route, precautions, etc., but this owner didn't say anything. The location of his home is still difficult to find. I called him when I arrived and it took some effort to find it. . Visitors to Tianmen Mountain should be protected from lightning!!! A B&B like this on National Day costs more than RMB 400. The RMB 400 hotel I stayed in during my trip to Xi'an is many times better than this!

Great staff! The hotel owner was always in touch, allowed us to leave our suitcase in the morning, helped us call a taxi and walked us to our car. The room is clean, has everything you need, the entrance to Tianmen Mountain is a 5-minute walk away. There are many cafes and shops nearby.
