Clean, super helpful staff, walking distance to the park’s gate (less crowded but with convenient access to all main attractions). Peaceful surroundings, very good food options both at the hotel and in several small restaurants around. Breakfast is offered as a buffet, includes all that is needed, also fresh brewed coffee. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

I had an amazing time at Nvue Resort! It’s located very much in the nature and super close to the park entrance. The room was comfortable, stylish and I would also recommend to book a room with Mountain View. I had a bathtub on the balcony and that was amazing after a day of hiking in the mountains. The staff is always helpful, super cute, and I also recommend you to let them suggest routes for your travel. I booked everything through the hotel and got explained in detail what trails to walk. I also got to many spots outside of the touristy and crowded places and I really enjoyed it. Lastly, I cannolis recommend the food at the hotel. There was a variety of options and even for me as a vegetarian, I always found something delicious. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

This is the kind of place you want to come back to. So welcoming and cozy the rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and lunch is genuinely excellent. The staff greeted us so warmly and their English is great, which made everything effortless. They showed us around, helped us plan our days, walked us through the best routes in the National Forest Park, and even organized our trip to Tianmen Mountain. We honestly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The one place we ended up disconnecting more than expected was online which, to be fair, only made us spend more time enjoying the resort itself. Already looking forward to coming back.

First of all, it's located in very panoramic area, very quiet, you hear birds and nature. The staff is very helpful they arranged early check in and free breakfast. The rooms are spacious. The it's close to the central entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

We stayed for a few nights at this wonderful hotel. Besides being clean, new, with beautiful rooms and views, I would especially like to thank the staff for their customer focus, warmth, and responsiveness. It was a pleasure to stay with your hotel. Staff speaks English well and helps with a lot of questions (how to plan your holiday, places must visit, even helped with a mad didi driver)😂 Robert and Nancy are very-very friendly and charming. 🥰😍 Room was clean, view from the terrace was fascinating, breakfasts were various and delicious 🤤 Location is also perfect, near to the Middle gate, guys gave us a ride, but you can walk for 5-10 minutes.
