Sister may is the best, very kind and supportive, manage any bookings that you want (the wheater is cold outside she openned heater to keep the room warm when we arrived). Room is clean and cute, also the location is awesome !. We will come again for sure.

lovely apartment situated in the heart of the city near everything (malls, food, train station, tianmen mountain)! host was really friendly and welcoming and the place was clean and comfortable. will recommend!

About location For Tian men it's nice location, but if you have plan to see national forest it's a bit far!
About the service and behaviour they are sooo nice...the place is good and the room view also was so nice...simply...everything was nice enough for me to go there one more time

May Jie is really very helpful. I was clueless about my trip at ZJJ and she helped me with my itinerary. Place is comfortable as she offered us a free upgrade too. There are eateries below as well. Will come back to her when im back in ZJJ

Sister May help me to arrange driver pick up & drop off. She also takes the time to welcome me, explaining the room facilities.
She also send me a list of food to eat in the area.
Room is clean and very cosy. Location is great as there is lots of food to eat as well as a supermarket nearby.
Overall, highly recommended!

We stayed here in February 2024, and they took foreigners.
Sister May was very helpful throughout the whole process, add her on Wechat and she will make your travelling effortless! She called us prior to check in to see what we wanted to visit in the area, and even created a personal itinerary to fit our needs. She offered airport pickup and drop off service, and a private driver for getting around the national parks. We couldn’t find the hotel to check in but she came out and personally showed us to the room!
The room is very spacious, and looks exactly like the photos posted. The heater was very good for the snowy weather, and the washing machine is very convenient. Even though it is a smoking permitted room, we did not notice any cigarette smell.
Location is quiet and central, a short car ride to the central railway or bus station, shopping and food.
We highly recommend staying with Sister May if you decide to visit beautiful Zhangjiajie!
