A lovely hotel 5 minutes walk away from Zhangjiajie National Park’s Wulingyuan Entrance. The room was amazing and had daily cleaning. The bed sheets/duvet were changed after 2 days. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. She suggested an itinerary for me for the National Park, as well as visiting the Grand Canyon/Glass Bridge, and Tianmen Mountain, based on the number of days I was staying and my transport arrangements. The only con would be that the cat stays in that glass box and that is very sad. It is so friendly!

The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, well lit and spacious, breakfast has everything from fruits to noodles, eggs, tea, milk and coffee. They also provide freebies like unlimited water, cold drinks, juices, cookies, coffee and ice creams in the lobby 24x7. Special mention for our superstar Miumiu for arranging all our tickets for the excursions and providing helpful tips. She was always there to help.
