I stayed during the Christmas holidays 🎄 with my family (also got Christmas gifts 🎁 😃). This hotel is very near to the Wujiauyu ticket office (around 1km). The hotel staff is really helpful in giving tips for travel around scenic areas and few of them speak English well. I stayed with my family and they upgraded my room for free. 😃 You can also get a discount ticket from the hotel for the Charming Xiangxi show, which is just adjacent to the hotel. If you got tiered roaming in the scenic area you can also try foot massage. If I visit Zhangjiajie again, this hotel will be my first choice.

It is a nice hotel to stay if you want to visit the park, we were very satisfied with the rooms, but we’re not happy that in canteen was freezing cold. For breakfast or dinner we needed to wear winter jackets, it’s not very nice in 5 starts hotel 🤪 Swimming pool was also very cold, we wanted to swim but couldn’t. In the gym the temperature was 11 degrees 😅 I understand that it is winter, but don’t think it’s an excuse for the 5 stars hotel.

Nice cozy hotel, very clean. Big and comfortable rooms. Very convenient location, the hotel is just next to the bus station from where you can take mini bus to all popular destinations in Wulingyuan, and the entry to the Forest Park is only a ten minutes walk away. Very friendly hotel staff which speaks some English. Breakfast is a pretty basic Chinese one (eggs, buns etc.), some fruits would've been nice. Only disadvantage is that the walls are like paper, i. e. you hear all the noise from the other hotel guests, which is especially a problem during the National Holidays when there are a lot of families including children and grandparents, they use to shout very loud, starting from 6 AM in the morning until 10 PM at night. This is a general issue in China but not the hotel's fault.

Has hot water for shower ❤️ Super convenient location , literally next to Wulingyuan bus station and 1 km to Wulingyuan East Gate., can walk everywhere. Can't praise enough how great service are. You just have to be there and the hotel can plan the recommended scenic route , what to do , where to go. They can even buy discounted park ticket for you.
