Room was excellent with beautiful view of the ski slopes. Buffet breakfast was surprisingly good. However, staff were bad at acknowledging patrons walking to and from the hotel which I tink is basic customer service.

The service was great. The hotel was extra close to the shuttle bus and to the ski slopes! Breakfast was solid and I must tell that the sunny-side-up eggs were really our kind of breakfast just before we went skiing 😁😁

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very close to the train station and there is a complimentary shuttle service. It is also right next to Cuiyunshan Galaxy Ski Field, hence providing a seamless skiing experience.

Excellent hotel. Clean, fresh, well managed. Polite and capable staff. Amazing breakfast. 5 minute Didi to FuLong Ski Resort. Will definitely stay there again. I wish all hotels in China were just like this!

Great hotel so conveniently located near the Chongli Train Station. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are so big if definitely feels so comfortable. I’ve already booked my next stay to escape from the Beijing heat

The hotel location is very good. It’s very quiet The bed mattress has a higher quality and comfortable The furniture has middle quality standards that is maybe the reason for the lower price The breakfast is minimum to middle standard Inside the room is smelling very strong from the rest room even the fan is running

What surprised me most about this hotel is the service. We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm and there was no suitable room for us to check in. Seven Li (Li Yunhao) was very polite to answer our questions and enthusiastically helped us solve them. He called us as soon as he got the room number to check us in. It really puts customers first. I will choose your hotel next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel environment is excellent. It is located in Cuiyun Mountain Resort. The lake view room has a balcony and the scenery is pleasant. It is close to the high-speed rail station and there is a shuttle bus to the hotel. The room is very spacious and has an outdoor balcony with beautiful views. The front desk knew that I was here to watch my child's game and took the initiative to ask about the child's floor and arranged it on the same floor. Thank you very much! When I went to Chongli, I chose the hotel in Cuiyun Mountain Resort. I booked a room for the elderly and stayed for 5 nights. I chose Holiday Inn Express Chongli Cuiyun Mountain. First of all, the location is very good. It is less than 14 minutes' walk from Qinghe Railway Station and close to the lake. Secondly, this hotel belongs to InterContinental Hotels, so the quality is reliable among hotels of the same price. Before checking in, I established contact with Emily at the front desk in advance. Because two elderly people went to stay alone, many things were consulted in advance before they were finally selected. During the stay, some problems were answered and helped in time. The service was in place. The overall room accommodation experience was comfortable. Of course, there are also shortcomings. Because I checked in before the May Day holiday, the hotel did not have many customers, so breakfast was arranged elsewhere. This was not very convenient, but it was understandable. I only started to have breakfast in this hotel on May Day. Everything else is very good, with good service and good location. I will come to this hotel to escape the summer heat in a few days. It is really worth the money.

Because it was off-season, we upgraded to Crowne Plaza. The room was bigger than the Express and had a bathtub. The facilities and equipment were very good, the sanitary conditions were also very good, and the waiters were very enthusiastic. My child said he would come again in the summer and would choose this hotel again then.

Super satisfied. If Alina at the front desk is spelled correctly, she is awesome. She helped me upgrade to Crowne Plaza and found a room facing the slopes. She also gave me some extra fruit. It's not an exaggeration to describe it as perfect.
