Had a good stay for myself with wife and our toddler. element hotel is part of Thaiwoo resort, I booked Mountain View suite but the bedroom was small due to the split wall of living room, the hotel stuff upgraded us to executive suite which was larger. The ski slopes view was very nice to have at both day and night as they have a light show at night. The + things are nice swimming pool, easy access to ski resort, the room, cleanliness. The stuff were very nice but I believe need more service oriented training. The breakfast was ok. Although swimming pool was nice but there was no stuff or guard which was concerning us. The resort shops are limited however the environment was nice for a short walk around. The kids zone was closed and some of the toys outside are broken. The hotel offers 50% discount voucher for ski tickets and the ski resort was very good and the slopes were satisfying.Overall we enjoyed the weekend.

Stayed for 1 night, which was so great. The Rooms are very nice and clean, furniture and everything else is still very new. However, the Breakfast was not adapted to western guests, so we didn´t eat that much. Should have more variety, but all in all excellent Hotel!

Under the umbrella of the Intercontinental, the Chinese style is obvious. It is also a benchmark in Zhangjiakou, and the location environment is good. There is a dining lounge and fitness swimming. At present, the buffet is also external, the quality should not be bad, not many of the hotels will not be too full of things, that is, the dining environment will be better. The silly robot in the elevator is very just, enters the elevator room service alone, and then the elevator also knows to let the guests give way to it. From time to time, there will be special purchases, and the price is very high. It is estimated that after the operation is mature, there will be no play, and it will help the 22 Winter Olympics. Ice dew mineral water is very uncoordinated, haha...
