如家华驿酒店(章丘和谐广场龙泉国际店)

It’s really bad. First of all, the service attitude is very bad. When we arrived at 12 noon, the front desk kept saying that it takes at least 40 minutes to an hour to clean a room. We waited until we finally got in the room and lifted the quilt. A super large patch of blood on the mattress has been printed through the sheets. Picture one is that the water in the bath was very small during the bath and it was suddenly hot and cold. They used up the sticky hair of the bath towel and contacted the front desk. They only said to change the towel. Later, contact Ctrip customer service to change the room. After I changed it, I went in and found that there were oil stains on the table and there were unknown objects on the ground. In the end, I didn’t want to understand how it took 40 minutes to clean a house.

The cleanliness of this bed sheet, quilt and bath towels is really not flattering. The leftovers of the mattress are clearly printed on the bed by the sheets. I am really puzzled...

Checked in at around 3pm on the 26th. I went to the toilet and saw two rolls of paper in the bathroom. I went to play around the hotel around 6:30. When I got back at ten o'clock, I found that there was only one roll of paper in the bathroom. I won't go there at half past six, and said that the cleaning lady usually puts two rolls. This means that someone enters my room from 6:30 to 10, which is terrible. I need an answer.

The service attitude of a certain employee at the front desk really needs to be improved. Who can show his face? It is better to book again after arriving at the hotel. I booked in advance and found out that the price was reduced. There is also hygiene, I have stayed in so many hotels, it is really bad, the quilt is also very dirty, the toilet also has a peculiar smell, and a cockroach was found, it was uncomfortable to go out 😣

emmmm... I’ve stayed three times but I don’t feel as good as before As soon as I entered the bathroom, there was only one roll of toilet paper. Anyway, this experience was not as good as before, but I will still book this if I book a room, but I will only book a special double room.

房間很大很舒適，都是落地窗，入住的時候前台小馬很有禮貌，主動打招呼，入住體驗非常好，房間的採光視野都很好！靠近商場很方便，就是白天有點點吵~其他都不錯

酒店環境不錯，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，旁邊就是和諧廣場吃飯逛街一條龍，前台小李服務熱情周到，價格也挺實惠，相比同價的快捷酒店好多了

噁心至極！很少給商家差評，知道做生意都不容易，但這次真是忍無可忍，設施設備基本沒有，配套老化非常嚴重，農村的賓館也比他高級，連手紙最基本的都不提供，，空調光吹風但不熱，噪音還太大，晚上凍醒好幾次，一晚在噪音跟冰凍還有床店的彈簧咯吱聲度過，大冬天是夏涼被，並且沒有褥子，一晚凍着還要忍受彈簧床老化帶來的腰痠腿疼，客服服務差，反映問題還指桑罵槐，服務基本談不上，章丘作為文旅城市，能有這樣酒店存活，本人感到悲哀！是章丘人不幸，也不知道商家還能存活多久，別給濟南人丟人，這種酒店存在那就是大惡，不是坑人是啥？

前台小高服務特別好，房間乾淨整潔，落地床 ，視野好，而且離海底撈電影院都非常近 交通便利，以後週五週六都會來這邊很好
