Aside from the towels being wet in the room and the water temperature in shower not possible to keep on a constant level, nothing to complain. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities new and clean.

I am a couple with a child, and we booked a twin room. The hotel manager was very proactive and upgraded us to a parent-child room. The points were redeemed for breakfast, and the staff gave us one as a gift when they saw that we had children with us. The front desk and lobby managers were very friendly and the service was particularly good. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathrooms are separated from dry and wet areas. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Recommended.

The breakfast at the hotel is affordable, with plenty of vegetables and beef noodles. The late check-out is great. However, there was a bug in the hotel computer at 12 o'clock and the room card could not be swiped. I had to go to the front desk twice to get it done.
