The hotel is amazing! The room was large, spotless, and had a great separate shower and toilet. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of nutritious options and a good variety of fruits. The TV was impressively large, and there's free parking, which is a huge plus for anyone driving.

This hotel is conveniently located not far from the West High-Speed Rail Station. Just one crosswalk north is the Aegean Sea Mall, making both travel and shopping very easy. The room was bright with an expansive view and a well-designed layout. The bathroom facilities were complete with a separate wet and dry area, and the towels were pristine white and soft. The breakfast area was lovely, and the food was plentiful and delicious. To my surprise, there was even a billiards room – super cool! And the room rate was quite reasonable. Highly recommend checking it out.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The room was spotless and had a cozy feel to it. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and polite. Five stars!

I was having a pleasant stay and decided to do laundry before checking out. I went to the laundry room, confirming that there was detergent available. However, when I got there, the bottle was filled with just water. I tried to find staff on the 15th floor, but either couldn't locate anyone or they gave me another bottle of fake, watered-down detergent. When I went to the front desk to discuss it, the three female receptionists actually laughed at me. Do they think I'm being difficult or something?

The hotel was clean and tidy, the surrounding environment was nice, shopping was convenient, and dining was very easy. It was a great travel accommodation experience! Although it was winter, the hotel was warm and cozy! The lobby had lots of beautiful green plants!

I booked this hotel online because it was listed on a high-end hotel ranking list, but the stay wasn't great. First, the elevator wait time was too long and the place was a bit chaotic, with many delivery drivers, making it feel like an apartment building with a mixed crowd. Second, the room lacked attention to detail; there were too many wardrobes that weren't very useful and took up too much space. A place to put luggage near the entrance would have been better. The kettle and cup holders were also very basic, making the decor seem cheap. Third, the service was mediocre. When I called to order laundry detergent to have it delivered to my room so I could do my own laundry, the staff told me there was a laundry room upstairs and I should go there myself. Fourth, the breakfast was really average. In short, I think this hotel is not good value for money and doesn't meet the standards of a high-end hotel. The stay was poor, and the TV's picture, sound, and resolution were all subpar.

My first and second stays were three days apart. The first stay exceeded my expectations; it was generally good, the environment was comfortable, quiet, and odor-free. The two female receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The second stay involved a male and a female receptionist. The female receptionist was warm and friendly, but the male receptionist was rather curt and even scolded her, which was a minor drawback.

The room had a strong sewer smell, especially around 3 or 4 AM. It was so bad I couldn't sleep and had to open the window for ventilation. It was too late to contact the front desk. The TV in the room couldn't be cast, and the equipment was a bit old. However, the room was quite large, and the bedding was very comfortable. The surrounding area has complete facilities and is very close to the Aegean Shopping Center and the high-speed rail station.
