Zhangye Jinglong International Hotel

The newly renovated hotel has been open for half a year, and my stay was perfect. There were no strange smells in the room, and I slept incredibly well. By chance, there was a buffet dinner that night, and I ate alone. The food was abundant, fresh, and included my favorite salmon sashimi and sushi. The plating was so beautiful that I took many photos. Even at 9:40 AM, there was still Lanzhou beef noodles available for breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time; it's a hotel with excellent value for money.

Zhangye Jinglong International Hotel was a remarkably hassle-free and satisfying choice for this trip! The hotel is very new overall, and the environment is clean and tidy. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and exceptionally attentive. They even thoughtfully upgraded us to a cozy family room for a small fee, and we received exquisite welcome fruits and yogurt upon check-in – such thoughtful and heartwarming details. The location is also excellent, very close to the Giant Buddha Temple, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. There's also the Aegean Sea Shopping Park nearby, which is great for dining and shopping. Overall, the stay was comfortable and worry-free. Choosing this hotel for your trip means no regrets; it's a top-notch, foolproof option for visiting Zhangye~

This is a great hotel! The staff are all very nice, and I especially want to thank the person who greeted us at the entrance to the dining area. The room design is good, and the location is also excellent, not far from the attractions. It's definitely worth staying here.

Our first stop on this Hexi Corridor trip was Jinglong International, and overall it was good. The facilities are probably among the newest and best in Zhangye, and the service was excellent. Our room was super spacious, and we even got an upgrade, which we really appreciated! However, there were also some noticeable downsides: 1️⃣ The hotel's underground parking is shared with residential buildings, so there are limited spaces. Also, the lighting from the underground entrance to the elevators is motion-activated. If you're waiting for the elevator for a while and it's slow to arrive, that section of the path gets very dark, which could be unsettling for women. Ground-level parking was also extremely full, making it very difficult to find a spot. 2️⃣ I really have to complain about the lighting! Personally, I think the smart lighting design is the hotel's biggest flaw 😂 Even though the front desk explained how to use the lights when we checked in, we still encountered issues. For example, while lying in bed playing on my phone, with no movement at all, the bathroom light and fan would suddenly turn on by themselves. When I wanted to turn off the TV in the bedroom, after calling out to 'Xiao Du' (the smart assistant), the bedroom TV turned off, but the living room TV magically turned on by itself. If the bedroom door was closed, 'Xiao Du' couldn't be activated. Honestly, these lighting designs, with lights suddenly turning on in the middle of the night, were genuinely quite frightening. 3️⃣ The hotel's breakfast wasn't great. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests, most dishes were empty after 9 AM and weren't refilled promptly. 4️⃣ There were no small hand towels in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the hotel has been in a trial operation for a year, the cabinets still had a noticeable odor. Overall, it has its pros and cons, and I hope the hotel can improve!

Zhangye doesn't have many high-rated international chain hotels, so choosing a hotel this time involved a lot of careful deliberation. We finally settled on this one, which was a reasonable distance from the train station, newly opened, and had good reviews. From the name, it seems to be a local brand. Upon checking in, I found I definitely made the right choice! A good hotel truly enhances a journey. From the moment I met the pick-up driver at the train station, I knew I hadn't chosen wrong. Perhaps seeing that I had two kids with me, they proactively upgraded our room. There's water available on every floor. Fresh fruit plates are provided in the room daily. Turn-down service includes yogurt, eye masks, and earplugs. The attentiveness was truly touching. The service was absolutely, incredibly, and proactively detailed. They were highly sensitive to our needs without making us feel watched. The amenities at the front desk were thoughtful: iodine swabs, band-aids, disinfectant wipes, masks, dental floss, makeup remover wipes, hair ties, hair clips, and even hair gel... precisely meeting the needs of a mom traveling with kids. They absolutely must keep this up! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Zhangye in the future. It's rare to find such a well-equipped hotel in Zhangye, and I just picked this one randomly. Unexpectedly, it was a pleasant surprise! The room was very new, and the facilities were smart, even including a smart speaker. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a really thoughtful touch. I didn't plan on writing a review, but I simply *must* recommend it. Many tourists stay in Zhangye for just one night, and this place is definitely worth a strong recommendation. There are also thoughtful travel essentials available on the first floor. The number of welcoming staff was impressive, making a great first impression. I'll definitely recommend this to friends visiting Zhangye. Plus, they even have complimentary souvenirs!

This is a great hotel! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff are welcoming and the breakfast is good too. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Zhangye West Station. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. After booking, the butler contacted me and provided warm and attentive service. They even arranged a driver to pick me up from the station, and there was a small gift when I left, which was a very thoughtful touch!
