I changed to a standard room that night and the check-in experience was very poor. In the end, I only got a refund of dozens of dollars. The price difference makes me speechless.

1. The indoor fan coil only operates on indoor return air, and the air blown out is cool wind. The temperature is too high at about 17°C. The fresh air and hot water coil cannot reach the normal operating temperature, causing the indoor temperature to be too low. The front desk staff falsely advertised that the air conditioner can reach 23℃. 2. The light is too dim and too little.

This was the worst hotel I stayed in during the entire trip. The room facilities were relatively old, and the sheets had holes in them. I also felt itchy all over after taking a shower. I suspected there was something wrong with the hotel shower gel.

Very good. I live here all the time when I come to Zhangye. The room is big and the location is convenient. The front desk and the security guy are very nice.

Instead, he kept lobbying me not to change, saying that I had a lot of luggage and it would be troublesome to change. Then there was a hole in the quilt, so I asked to change the quilt. I didn't think too much at first, I just let the waiter know and don't accuse me of breaking it when I checked out. The waiter told me that it was damaged by machine washing and not gnawed by mice. Yes, I am extremely speechless. Later I found out that the window couldn't be closed, so I had to go downstairs to find some tape, stick the toilet seat and the window shut. Also, a maintenance man was called to repair the toilet. As a result, the maintenance man went up and started working violently, and the toilet seat couldn't stand still. However, before the maintenance man walked out of the door, the toilet seat fell down automatically! The maintenance man said harshly, "That's it." I was really distressed and endured the whole night.

This store is too outrageous. It looks like a black store. Those who come to Zhangye should avoid lightning.

There is no space to even open the bathroom, and there is no place to take a shower. There are only a small bottle of shower gel and shampoo, haha, not enough for two people.
