This summer vacation, I stayed at the Gansu-Qinghai Ring Road for 7 days by car. The most disappointing thing was this hotel! ! ! . I chose this hotel after reading the high ratings on Ctrip. However, I had a bad feeling when I entered the hotel and found that the elevator carpet was dirty. After entering the parent-child room I booked, I discovered that the quilt on the small bed had a big hole in it, the sheets on the big bed had a big tear on the side, and there was a big patch on the front. I have stayed in hotels for more than 20 years, and I have never seen any so-called four-star high-end hotel with such poor bedding, which is worse than just a hotel. I reported the situation to the staff, and the hotel manager was very nice and immediately changed and upgraded our suite. After leaving the hotel, the hotel staff called me and offered me a refund of 100 yuan for the room fee so that I wouldn't leave a bad review. I think the hotel should first tell me why there is such a problem with the room bedding and what to do to correct it in the future. Although Zhangye is not a first- or second-tier city, as a popular tourist city, this kind of 4-star hotel facilities is really disappointing. I was very satisfied with the attitude of the hotel staff that night, but it was obvious that there was a problem with the hotel management. The bedding was like that and no one noticed?
