Meiji Hampton Hotel (Zhangzhou Wuyue Plaza Fulongcheng)

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The young woman with glasses who was working the evening shift on April 26th was incredibly patient. She even walked out to the entrance to guide me to the parking lot and explained all the important details beforehand. It was a great experience.

The front desk lady gave me a really spacious room, and the bed was super comfy. This hotel is brand new, so all the facilities are modern and comfortable. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangzhou.

I stayed for two days and it was great. The service was prompt and they even provided breakfast. It was easy to take a taxi to the attractions and eat out! After all, there are so many delicious foods in Zhangzhou that you have to come back several times to try them all!

The hotel's Wi-Fi was fast and convenient. The sheets and duvet covers were new and clean. The room was large and comfortable. The room was on a high floor and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. Check-in and check-out were quick. The front desk staff were very friendly. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and hygienic. The parking lot was large, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I ordered takeout but didn't fill in my room number and left it at the front desk. The receptionist was very kind and proactively brought it to me. She also enthusiastically recommended good food and fun activities. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's very friendly to business travelers, with a laundry room, breakfast, and a large, free parking lot. Highly recommended!

The room was newly built, and all the facilities were very clean and comfortable. I was especially satisfied with the pillows and hairdryer; they weren't the super high pillows typical of chain hotels, but felt like a latex pillow I'd find at home. The hairdryer was very powerful. The mattress was very comfortable and 1.5 meters wide, perfectly adequate for three adults and one child. Be careful with the water pipes under the sink; they leak, otherwise the wooden cabinet underneath will quickly become moldy. I didn't like the room I stayed in the first night, and they even offered me a different room the next day—the service was impeccable. My impression of room 409 improved significantly during this trip to Zhangzhou. Also, the elevator buttons... wiping them down daily helps; they have too many fingerprints.

I checked in on the 27th of the ***** year, the second day after the hotel opened. The location is a bit far from the old town, but most buses in Zhangzhou were free during the 10-day ***** New Year holiday, which was great. I was immediately impressed upon entering the room; there was no smell of new renovations. The double room was 35 square meters, quite spacious, though the toilet was a bit far to get out of bed. Everything inside was brand new, with multiple phone charging options. The towels and bedding were pristine white and clean. The amenities were mostly electronic, which kept me busy. The central air conditioning was quiet, there was hot water for foot baths, and the flush was fast. The electric toilet had a strong but gentle flush. The window overlooked a crossroads, but there wasn't much traffic, and there were soundproof windows. The soundproofing between rooms wasn't tested during my three days there. The receptionist was very helpful and willing to explain the hotel, room facilities, and surrounding area – excellent! When I noticed a minor issue with my room, she proactively upgraded me and moved me to another room. The free breakfast, though seemingly simple, was actually quite good, including Yunnan drip coffee – truly delicious! During our conversation, I learned the chef was a local and very enthusiastic! They said that since the business reopened and was renovated after the Chinese New Year, many things will actually be improved!
