Yiyuehong Hotel (Minnan Shuixiang Branch)

Every time I visit Zhangzhou, I always stay here. There are often pleasant surprises, like finding complimentary fruit in my room after a long, tiring day. The environment is great, parking is very convenient, and the location offers excellent transport links.

I accidentally booked this hotel online and didn't have high expectations, but my actual stay was an unbearable ordeal that lasted all night. First, the hotel's hygiene was abysmal. Stains were everywhere in the room; the bedsheets and tabletop clearly showed signs of being unclean. It completely failed to meet basic cleanliness standards, making me feel utterly uncomfortable. What further disturbed my rest was the extremely loud air conditioning, which emitted a piercing noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. With my eyes closed, all I heard was noise; with them open, all I saw was a terrible environment. I didn't get a wink of sleep. What's even more infuriating is the subsequent service issue. After leaving the hotel, I realized I had left behind my facial cleanser. I contacted the hotel immediately, but the staff's attitude was extremely poor. They constantly shirked responsibility, refusing to admit that the item was lost, even though it was clearly due to their oversight when cleaning the room. They showed no willingness to resolve the issue and were dismissive throughout. Paying money only to get such a terrible experience—substandard hygiene, noise that prevented sleep, and abysmal service—this hotel completely lacks basic service standards. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs!

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, the lobby is spacious and grand, the surrounding environment is pleasant, and the transportation is convenient. The breakfast is quite plentiful. It's a very good budget hotel, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

It's rare to find a hotel with late-night snacks, which is a nice bonus. The laundry facilities are also quite adequate, and it's located on the third floor along with the gym and restaurant, so you can have a late-night snack and do laundry at the same time after your workout. 👍🏻

The hotel environment was great, and I really liked it. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the ones who proactively introduced nearby attractions and local snacks – very thoughtful! We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment; with a friend, each of us had our own room, ensuring good privacy. The room had eight bottles of water, which was more than enough, and there was also a washing machine and refrigerator – very convenient. The room was quite new and very clean. They even offered free late-night snacks after 8 pm, which was quite nice and a nice touch 🥰. The hotel's location was good; there was a bus stop and electric bicycles right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. There's a direct bus to the old town – extremely convenient! Thumbs up! A worry-free stay.

The hotel I booked at the last minute was a pleasant surprise. It felt like an apartment converted into a hotel, sharing a restaurant and lobby with another hotel. I booked a two-bedroom apartment, which wasn't as large as advertised (80-100 square meters), but it had a separate washing machine and two bathrooms, which was very convenient. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the food. The late-night snacks were quite substantial, with various meat dishes and pastries in addition to porridge. The raw and boiled ingredients for breakfast were fresh and tasted good.

This hotel is highly recommended! First, the location is easy to find, and there's both surface and underground parking with plenty of charging stations, making it incredibly convenient for drivers and electric vehicle users. The most pleasant surprise is the dining service; not only does it offer a complimentary buffet breakfast, but it also provides a complimentary late-night buffet from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM – a very thoughtful offer, and the selection is exceptionally rich. The rooms have a business-style decor and are well-equipped. The bedding is particularly commendable; they provided four pillows, two of which are incredibly soft latex pillows, providing a super comfortable sleep experience. I even bought two more from the hotel to take with me when I checked out! The hotel management is also excellent; the front desk staff are attentive and welcoming, showing that this hotel truly prioritizes service quality. Thumbs up for their dedication! It's definitely a great choice for a worry-free stay!

Excellent. It's only 4 kilometers from the city center and easy to find. The receptionist was very polite and helpful when I checked in. The room had a washing machine and a very large TV screen. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was huge. My two kids and I slept in one bed, and my husband slept in the other.
