住酒店第一次給差評！我是2月11-12號晚入住1809房的房客。説是酒店，其實就是公寓，房間牆紙開裂破舊，大樓電梯經常跳樓層這些問題我都不計較了。將近300塊一晚的酒店竟然整晚停電！從晚上十點多停電後多次致電酒店前台都沒有給出滿意的答覆，直到凌晨12點多停電問題也沒有得到解決。家人遊玩了一整天回到酒店也沒有熱水洗澡，手機也無電可充。要求換房間説客滿沒有房了，問什麼時候來電説不是酒店問題是物業問題，難道我作為房客訂了房，房間有問題我需要自己找大樓物業？？由於隔天還需要開長途車，衹能先摸黑收拾行李等來電了再洗漱，結果直到第二天退房了房間還是沒有電的。未免耽誤行程我也沒有和酒店前台過多糾纏了，希望酒店方可以給我一個滿意的答覆！（本着信任酒店方，沒有相信評論區的差評，現在真的後悔，過年出遊心情都被破壞了）

過年房源緊張。一個雙床房變兩個大床房。沒有加價。nice！地理位置也方便。出門啥都有。距離古城3公里以內。散步過去沒問題。

之前一直住這邊，不過以後不會再去住了，住了這麼久，凌晨將近五點想跟他商量能否提前一個小時預訂當天的，就是不行，非要等六點過後才可以。因為入住時間很晚，讓他多推遲一兩小時退房也可以。我覺得做生意不是這樣，沒有考慮更多的人情化，以後也不帶朋友過去住了，沒啥意義……

前台的服務態度可以，裝修稍微有點陳舊，但是房間夠寬敞，適合家庭居住，在萬達邊上，交通很方便，到古城也不遠，雖然靠近馬路，但是不吵
