The room is very spacious and the location is good. There is a large supermarket a few minutes' walk to the left. There are many restaurants inside. It is convenient for shopping and transportation. The breakfast is good.

The room we stayed in on the sixth floor facing the road was very noisy. The cars on the road honked loudly at 11pm and 7am. Because it is old-fashioned single-layer glass. The coated one doesn't provide very good lighting, and the light-blocking curtain is missing one section. The light will penetrate when you sleep, and you will wake up very early in the morning. The sound insulation effect is particularly poor, because it is on the floor, and people walking upstairs start to go back and forth in the early morning, and it makes a clanging sound. I was woken up at five or six o'clock. The most important thing is to extend the stay for one day, but the room card is loaded twice in a row. Haven't even figured it out yet. I called the hotel upstairs, but the signal was very poor and I couldn't get through. With the elderly and children, I didn't enter the room for more than 20 minutes. I ran up and down several times. Going to the scenic spots during the day was extremely tiring, and it was particularly annoying. I didn't have any lunch at noon when I went to the scenic spots. At night, I wanted to go back to the hotel to rest and eat, but I couldn't get into the hotel for a long time. There really is no worse feeling than this. I really don’t want to give it even one star.

The towels were fluffy and the room had a musty smell mixed with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner is noisy, the sound insulation of the room is poor, the sound of cars on the roadside and footsteps in the aisle can be clearly heard. The service awareness is extremely poor. Check-out at 3 o'clock starts at 1:30, and a phone call is made to the room every five minutes to remind me.

It is inconvenient to drive yourself far away from the highway. 2. The facilities are old. The decoration was quite good a few years ago, but now they are dilapidated. The carpets are stained and there are countless cracks and peeling paint. The bathroom door couldn't be closed and water ran out when taking a shower. Needs to be renovated! 3. Bad service. The quality of front desk staff is too low. The order stated that there was an exclusive channel for Ctrip, but not only was it not available, but because a tour group was checking in, the front desk asked me to queue up in the tour group line. Two buses of people were crowded into the lobby, creating chaos. The tour guide said that you can do it alone first, but the front desk didn't even know this. The hotel's quality was severely lowered by this front desk staff! sad. I rarely give negative reviews, but I had to give negative reviews this time! Guests traveling by car are advised not to choose this hotel. The other Ctrip exclusive channel is just for fun, don’t take it seriously, there is no such thing. Ctrip should also review itself. If it can’t be done, don’t talk nonsense! I placed two orders in two days and got negative reviews!

It turned out that I booked a family room, which was non-smoking. But what I didn't expect was that the ventilation in the room was not good and the smell of smoke was always emitted. And the hotel employees did not care about the residents and smoked in non-smoking areas! The hardware in the room is good, but the parent-child room should accommodate more people, so it would be ideal to have 2 bathrooms.

Very good hotel! The rooms are large and tidy, with complete facilities, good hot water, and extra-large beds! There is parking lot. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. I will choose here next time I come to Zhanjiang!
