首先我對該酒店前台【旁小妹妹】和做衞生清潔的【妹妹】致謝！
由於我們的疏忽退房後把兩枚戒指落在酒店了，晚上洗衣服才發現手上戒指沒了，回想一下應該是早上退房以後忘在房間了，我立刻趕回湛江中英假日酒店試問了前台【旁小妹妹】得到肯定回答是，我一顆懸着的心放下了，旁小妹妹和衞生清潔員聯繫問清了戒指放在哪裡，立刻帶我去找，結果我是非常滿意的，在這裏我藉助攜程旅遊平台再一次感謝該酒店的旁小妹妹！感謝我不知道姓名的衞生清潔員。
酒店服務很好、交通方便，衞生設施整潔

樓下有KTV就算了，酒店舊也接受，就勉強住一晚而已……但是裏面的衞生、環境真的絕絕子，地毯上有好多碎屑，整個廁所都是有味道，不關廁所門房間都是chou的，花灑壞的，枱燈壞的，漱口杯臟的，沒有一次性的拖鞋，鞋子爛的，關窗了房間還有小蟲子飛來飛去，隔音效果超級差，晚上十點多走廊還有小孩哇哇叫叫，跑來跑去，外面馬路的車聲也不絕耳……

吵，馬桶坐便器比馬桶小，馬桶不乾淨，還不好沖水，ktv響到12點半，最詭異的是為什麼要在正對着床的位置裝一盞燈，就算你擋住了也還是會有光照到我啊，12點半睡，四點半醒了就睡不着了，就這種質量你還好意思從90漲到200？

還不錯的，比較安靜，房間也夠大，大堂和電梯間沒有任何障礙，適合長者，門外隔壁就有兩家吃飯的，不錯的，坐車出行首選。
