Ten year Boutique Homestay

Come on, come on, Shinian is a boutique homestay with feelings, style, and suitable for holiday relaxation. It is 7 minutes drive to the ancient town and 800 meters from the main road. As soon as you come in, you will feel comfortable and quiet like a paradise. Walking around the mountain on the path to the guest house, I can smell the scent of pine trees, grass and mud. Every day, I can watch the sun rise and fall from the mountain, and listen to the soft calls of the birds in the woods, sometimes with purple dragonflies and colorful flowers. Butterflies flew around among the flowers and bamboo. Every room is clean and tidy, and every corner shows a careful layout design. Drinking tea made from mountain spring water and sister Xiu and his wife are sitting on the first floor and chatting, just like meeting family members after a long time. I really chose the right place this holiday, and I will come back for a while when I have a chance next time. Thank you couple for taking care of me these few days. I found a homestay by accident. I booked it without hesitation when I saw the room design. It really didn't disappoint. The owner and his wife are very nice, enthusiastic and easy-going. The rooms are also well-designed. The Chinese style is retro and blends with nature to the utmost extent. Lying on the bed, it feels like being in the mountains and forests. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle and let yourself go, this is definitely a good choice.

The mountain view of the room is really amazing. It's true that my eyes love to see the green color. My eyes can't move away from the mountain. It’s not far from Huangyao Ancient Town. My husband and I may walk for about 15-20 minutes and drive for 5 minutes. The owner's family also lives in the homestay, and it can be seen that they take care of it very carefully. I think it’s more worthwhile than staying in a guest house in the ancient town. At first, I hesitated whether to live in it. Fortunately, I chose Shi Nian in the end. That’s right!

This homestay was only found when I went to Huangyao Ancient Town. There are really some in the ancient town and the doorway, which can only be described as a hotel. I finally saw that I booked it directly to the homestay and found that it was the same as the picture, quiet and comfortable and it was a pair of me The mom-and-pop shop of the story, the proprietress and the boss are all super nice people. After listening to their stories, I feel that I have found the harvest of this trip. The breakfast is delicious, the environment is really first-rate, and it is not expensive and value for money. Called the homestay. Moreover, the proprietress and the boss have super good service, the room is clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable, I still have requirements for the mattress. The room booked was facing nature and felt like I was in the woods when I got up early in the morning. I basically don't want to go out and drink tea and chat all the time. I highly recommend Shi Nian B&B. I will come back here next summer vacation to relax myself.

🍃Environment: The environment of Shining Years is very good, living on the fourth floor with Moon, a balcony. When I wake up in the morning, I hear from the boss that it is a rare rainy day, which is very comfortable, and the breakfast prepared by the boss’s wife is very delicious. In the evening, you can also drink tea on the open-air balcony and watch the night view outside. It is very quiet. Don't be too comfortable listening to the dog's barking. A worthwhile trip!

這次週末短途旅行的想法來源於去年的一部紀錄片，週二開始安排行程，在攜程和小紅書上找到了這家民宿，二話不説就定下了這家。原因：一是之前有朋友去過，嘖嘖稱讚；二是我們很相信我們的眼光。 而現實卻比想像要更好！要了一間最大的房間，全房間落地玻璃，窗外風景獨好，一拉開窗簾就能開啟美好一天的心情。房間有浴缸，有投影儀，有泡茶的地方，床也非常舒服和乾淨。讓“逃離城市計劃”的我們有種祥和之感。 最最最重要的是，老闆韓哥和秀姐非常熱情和真誠，每天都有秀姐做好的早餐等待我們，還有韓哥每天開車的接送（酒店和黃姚古鎮來回），讓我們這外地人倍感親切和暖心。閑暇時和他們倆喝喝茶，聊聊天，舒坦！ 小鎮很好很美，拾年也真的強烈推薦！愉快的週末短途之旅畫上完美的句點

老闆老闆娘是大帥哥大美女，品味高，我們訂的是廬鏡，主動幫我們升級了房間，大陽台喝着茶，觀竹停雨，舒服，民宿裏有一衹小貓叫小七，胖乎乎的，甚是可愛，下次來黃姚古鎮還會再來這裏。

為數不多我能看上的民宿，值得我評價一下。體驗感極好。窗外景色好，服務好，硬件好。老闆夫妻很用心，字都是手寫的，還有很多種的綠植很有意境。早餐豐盛，居然還有寵物房。
