The hotel front desk service was satisfactory, especially the young lady, Ms. Luo, who was patient and very enthusiastic. The hotel environment was good, with gaming rooms, laundry facilities, and a gym – all very thoughtful touches that made it convenient for our staff. The hotel environment was excellent, the service was good, and there was a shopping mall downstairs. Tourist attractions were nearby, including the arcade street, the old town, museums, and the Seven Star Crags Archway, all within a 10-minute walk. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Very satisfied.
