Xiyun Styles (Zhengzhou Erqi Square David City)

The room was very damp, and the floor was dirty. The wall panel inside the room was so damp it was falling apart. The front desk said this was a complimentary upgrade to a better room. For nearly 200, it's definitely not worth the price.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the subway and a shopping district, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable, I had a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were really welcoming and efficient with check-in, and they even proactively recommended some great local restaurants. It's excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I was busy out and about all day. When I got back, I turned on the AC and was getting ready to shower when I heard a strange noise. I thought it was the AC! Then, when I lay down for the night and turned off the AC and lights, the buzzing from the main unit was so loud it gave me a headache!!! My kid was already asleep, and I was so frustrated!!!!!!!! I didn't know whether to switch rooms or not!!! And even if I did, they might not even give me another one!!!!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a three-stop bus ride on the 101 from the entrance to Kaifeng Station. Getting to the Henan Museum is also very convenient, taking Metro Line 3 then transferring to Line 7. Erqi Square is about a fifteen-minute walk away, and Metro Line 1 is near Erqi Square. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a fresh produce supermarket. On the other side are People's Park and the Zhengzhou Book Center. The hotel service was fantastic; they helped us with directions and even planned routes for us. One suggestion for improvement: the bathroom door isn't sealed well, which compromises privacy when changing clothes after showering. I'd recommend adding a door outside the wet/dry separation area. Overall, it's a great hotel with excellent value for money.

The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with a great environment. Parking is convenient, and you don't need a taxi to get around. Within a few minutes' walk, you can find dining and shopping centers. It's also very convenient for taking photos at the plaza. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded our room for free and gave us two complimentary breakfasts for our two rooms, which were delicious. We had a wonderful stay!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. You step out and you're at People's Park, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. What impressed me most was the hotel's laundry room – well-equipped, convenient, and easy to use, adding significant value to the stay. Thumbs up! 👍
