房間很好 沐浴露洗髮水洗手液都好用味道也很香 特別喜歡那個洗手液是蘋果味道的 非常nice 打掃客房阿姨很和藹可親 有什麼需要的她都會及時的送過來 收銀前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很好～可惜就是沒有洗衣機～

前台辦理入住時看人下菜碟。一開始安排了個比我訂單上寫的房間面積小了很多的房間，門鎖還是壞的，鎖不上，而且門栓的鏈子也不知道去哪了。去前台要求換房，一開始還不願意換，給的回覆是“沒有房間了，房間裏都是這樣的，有監控，現在誰還會亂來呀，很安全的”我重複了幾遍要求換房，看説不動我，才換了符合我訂單上的房間面積的房間。而且！！房間有比插孔還大的蟑螂？！？？訂的影音房，投影也是歪的、不清晰的。你們要服務 服務沒有，要衞生 衞生沒有，要設施 設施不行，請問你們想幹嘛？？？？

於是緊急買了浴缸套
p3是發現不知哪任房客的長頭髮

p5是床右邊抽屜。
p6是發現不知道哪裡任房客留下的定位貼
房間是真大，浴缸也大。但是感覺一切都好臟。
房間不太安靜，走廊聲音很清晰
我是來外面過生日的，感覺一切臟臟的，有些難過。

床單下面全是毛髮，看着真噁心啊。床單上面也有少量毛髮。床單上也有一絲一絲的血漬。 退房後找攜程客服反饋，在門口等車，老闆出來還要拉着跟我爭執，客人好欺負一樣
