This place is really great, especially the service from Xiao Yi and Xiao Yu. I hope the manager hears this and takes care of them! Wishing you great business. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and they offer a shuttle service. It's only a 5-minute ride from the East Station! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both very efficient. The breakfast selection was also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

This was my first time staying in a hotel alone and I slept really well! The pillows were super comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent. The robot delivered my takeout quickly, and I even got my jacket washed at night. The location was also great, making it easy to stroll over to "Xue Wang" (Snow King) in the evening to grab some local treats. I don't know if it's because it felt a bit like staying in a student dorm in Korea, but there was a strange sense of familiarity and security. I'll definitely prioritize staying at HUAZHU hotels for future solo trips. I hope all my future travels allow me to sleep as soundly as this. Takeout recommendations: Lao Lang Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken), Xinxiang Malatang (spicy hot pot), and Xi Jia De! On the way to the high-speed rail station, you'll pass a Xiaoyaozhen Hulu Tang (spicy soup) place – their Hulu Tang, vegetable buns, and sugar cakes are all delicious!

The front desk staff, both the gentleman and the lady, were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a great experience. The next day, I missed my high-speed train and sent my luggage to the wrong place, but the front desk staff were still very helpful and kind.

I have to rave about this hotel's breakfast! Especially the freshly made eggs – they were delicious. Sister Kang from the kitchen staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and she was always quick to refill items. I left feeling absolutely delighted after that meal!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the East Station and Mixue Bingcheng headquarters. There are plenty of options for coffee, milk tea, breakfast, and various restaurants nearby. The service is thoughtful and attentive; in addition to providing pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station, they even proactively offer conditioner and razors, which aren't typically found in the rooms.
