Fantastic customer service - ever willing to help and accommodate. Location is great connected to David Plaza and proximity to Erqi square. Easy access to lots of malls and eateries. Higher recommended.

Found hairs in my room then moved to another room. Nice decor, modern, spacious rooms. Good buffet restaurant, it's excellent value and highly recommended. No spa facilities, which was surprising. Located next to a high end mall which is great, but the surrounding area is old, looks grim and there's nothing to do in terms of nightlife or cool restaurants.

Hotel is located in the old town. But it’s newly opened. Only downside is the traffic in and out. The team is great all very helpful, specially the manager and lunge staff.
