Conveniently located near a metro, like 3 minutes walk away. Plenty of food options around as opposite the hotel is a quiet little neighbourhood, but i guess there are some office buildings nearby so the eateries can get rather packed when it is lunch time Staff is friendly and professional. As this is the first time i check out earlier than my intended date, they reminded me to change the booking on trip so I will not be charged an extra day since I will be checking out earlier, really appreciate this little gesture.

The breakfast at this five-star hotel is terrible! It closes at 9:30 in the morning, and when I got there at 8:30, there was basically nothing left. I asked the waiter and he kept saying they would make it up, but it was not available until almost closing time! The service is terrible, and it really doesn't fit the price.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I have nothing to say about it. First of all, the location is very convenient. It's right outside the subway station, so I don't have to cross the street, which is perfect for traveling with children. The shower in the room has separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure and temperature are just right. I felt refreshed after a shower. The breakfast restaurant is very cozy and offers both Chinese and Western dishes. The kids loved it. Overall, it's a great value for money.

This hotel is absolutely worth it! The front desk lady was incredibly welcoming, not only did she check us in quickly, but she also recommended nearby snack bars. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which had so much variety and the freshly made porridge was so delicious that even my picky kids devoured a full bowl. It felt like home and I'd definitely stay here again!
