I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I honestly thought the service was great. There was no deposit and no hidden fees, and the front desk lady upgraded us to a family room for free. The courtyard was also very tidy. Parking was free, but there was no EV charging station. The only minor drawback was that there's no air conditioning yet, so it was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but the staff provided a fan.

This hotel stay was excellent and I was very satisfied. The hotel service was great, with welcome fruit provided. The room facilities were also very complete, and the hotel's decor was lovely. The front desk staff were also very helpful, especially Danqing and Yanling, who were very welcoming.

The room was very comfortable. I always choose to stay here when I come to Zhengzhou, even if I don't go to the scenic spots, soak in the hot springs, swim, or read. The hotel room is still worth it. It's a great experience!

It was fantastic! We spent the whole day there and still didn't get enough time. We ate our fill of salmon, so happy! This is my second time here, and I still want more. This time I brought friends, and they all said it was great. This is what a vacation should be like!

Everything you need for eating, drinking, and having fun can be taken care of. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes. The only downside is that you have to walk a bit around the hotel to get to the attractions, which is a little inconvenient. The water in the water park was a bit cold. Overall, though, it was a very good experience, and the kids had a great time.

The hotel and recreational areas are not located together, making it incredibly confusing with its ups and downs! The hotel parking lot exit is actually combined with another parking lot entrance, making it impossible to distinguish at night, and there's no staff to guide you. Parking costs 38 yuan the next day. A night's stay costs 1500 yuan, and it's not even worth the hassle. We heard five or six announcements about missing persons during the two hours we played in the children's playground – it was hilarious. If you're bringing elderly people or children, feel free to come, but remember to keep them on your belts, otherwise you'll be getting a similar problem with announcements.
