HanTing Hotel (Zhengzhou East Railway Station East Square Station Front Square)

The hygiene at Hanting Hotel is appalling; their brand image has completely collapsed! As a well-known hotel chain, I expected Hanting to provide basic hygiene, but my recent stay was shockingly bad. The floor in my room was littered with food scraps and hair, and the corners and under the furniture were filthy. They didn't even manage the most basic cleaning. This level of hygiene not only severely impacted my stay but also poses health risks, completely contradicting the 'quality' they advertise. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking here! I also hope the brand management takes this seriously and cleans up its act before this kind of mess completely ruins their reputation.

Hanting's hygiene is consistently excellent. It's super close to the high-speed rail station and Mixue's headquarters, making for a fantastic stay! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft bedding that made for a really comfortable sleep. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, even helping to make coffee, and responded quickly to requests. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Great location, very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Amenities: The ice machine was very convenient, and there was luggage storage. I didn't go to the Qingshuiyuan Swimming Pool because it looked far away on the map and seemed to be an older facility, even though the unlimited swimming pass (including hot springs) for all ages was a standard price. Hygiene: Good. Service: Enthusiastic. Amenities: The delivery robot made a lot of noise going down the elevator (there was a step difference and no mat at the entrance). Amenities: The room layout was excellent, with a separate wet and dry area, and a spacious lounge that could accommodate multiple people.

The room was very clean and felt secure. It was a comfortable stay, and the front desk service was excellent, making check-in a breeze. Overall, the environment was great.

Excellent! The hotel is very clean and has a soothing ambiance that made me feel relaxed the moment I stepped in. The hygiene is top-notch, and the soundproofing is good too. The pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the bedding is spotless. The staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming.
