Qianxi Licheng Hotel (Zhengzhou East Station CBD Convention and Exhibition Center)

The day before check-in, they proactively called to ask about any special requests, which was fantastic. Check-in on the day was very smooth, and the service training is clearly excellent. The front desk attendant was very friendly and gentle, escorting me to the elevator and even offering a complimentary gift. A special shout-out to the front desk attendant! The room has been renovated, but everything worked perfectly. There was a little paint splatter on the doorknob, but it was minor. The room was very clean with virtually no stains – spotless. The bedding deserves special praise; it was incredibly comfortable, with one soft pillow and one memory foam pillow, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The shower water temperature was also very stable, unlike other places where it constantly fluctuates between hot and cold. The location is a short walk from the convention center, but it's not too far. Overall, for this price point, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended as a resting place for a trip to Zhengzhou.

I arrived quite late in the evening, and the front desk upgraded me directly to a family room, which was fantastic.
