Atour S Hotel, Vientiane City, Zhengzhou East High-Speed Rail Station

I had originally booked another hotel, but then I saw that Henan was offering tourism coupons for Chinese New Year, and this hotel was very affordable, including breakfast for two. I booked it without hesitation. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM, and the front desk checked me in by 10:30 AM. Plus, I got a late check-out at 2 PM the next day, so my stay was for more than a full day – I really appreciate that. They even upgraded me for free to an executive king room, and I was able to wash and dry all the dirty clothes I'd accumulated over the holiday. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. I just mentioned that the air conditioning wasn't on and the room felt warm because the weather in Zhengzhou had been so nice and warm these past two days. The front desk lady immediately offered to switch my room. I declined, saying I was already settled and didn't want to cause trouble, but she insisted, saying it was no problem and I could leave my belongings in the current room and just use another one for sleeping! Seriously, what kind of amazing service is this? I was so touched. The breakfast featured local Henan specialties like Spicy Soup (Húlà tāng), Tofu Pudding (Dòufu nǎo), and Braised Noodles (Huìmiàn), all of which tasted fantastic. A huge thank you to every staff member for their heartfelt hospitality and smiling service – you are the best!

The room was spotless, and we even got a free upgrade! The breakfast spread was huge, and all the facilities were top-notch. It felt a lot more upscale than other hotels.

酒店位置交通方便，安靜。入住體驗遠超預期。設施齊全，有超大洗衣房。前台小姐姐非常熱情，每一位工作人員都很有禮貌問好。 設施：洗衣房、健身房、免費停車場

環境非常好，簡約低調，很有質感。很喜歡這邊的書屋，朋友坐在一起聊天很愜意。深夜的粥和早餐都一級棒！亞朵S極大地拉高了此次鄭州之旅的體驗，下次還住！
