Hilton Garden Inn Zhengzhou Zhengdong New District

This hotel is absolutely terrible. First, the hotel facilities indicated there were charging stations, but upon arrival, I was told there weren't any on-site. I had to go to another area to charge and pay extra for parking. Second, we booked two standard rooms for four people, and they wouldn't even issue an extra key card for one of the rooms. Third, the hotel doesn't provide children's toiletries or slippers, claiming they ran out. For such a large hotel, shouldn't they stock up on essential toiletries in advance?! Fourth, upon check-in, we found the bathroom drain full of hair, clearly not cleaned. Fifth, there's absolutely no service throughout the entire hotel. Aside from the two front desk staff who checked us in, they didn't provide any information about the hotel, including breakfast times or floor, or where and when the laundry room could be used. There wasn't a single staff member in the lobby to assist guests. Sixth, the laundry room is inside the gym. The gym is advertised as 24-hour, but the laundry room was locked when I went at midnight, which is baffling. No one informed us about its specific operating hours either.

The decor is luxurious and sophisticated, the floor-to-ceiling rooms offer fantastic views and excellent natural light, and you can even enjoy the city lights at night. The room facilities are new and complete, with good soundproofing for a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive throughout the entire trip. 3. Great location, excellent service, and superior cleanliness – the top choice for traveling in Zhengzhou! Comfortable room, convenient transportation, and attentive service – a truly satisfying stay! New facilities, great breakfast, and a very comfortable place to stay while on a business trip.

出差時朋友推薦，訂房後接到電話熱情詢問幾點接站，出站後上車才知是總經理親自來接，酒店位置極佳，大廳裝修很唯美。推開房門首先看到大大的落地窗，窗外有河，風景如畫，有高級感，晚上睡覺很安靜，尤其是枕頭特別舒服，很愜意，早上到餐廳後，菜品非常豐富，尤其是西式餐點很多，現磨的咖啡特別純正，還有當地特色糊辣湯配油條，葱油餅，手工現包的餃子味道鮮美，吃完後順手打包幾樣小點心，路上吃，我是典型的吃貨一枚，很贊！下午走時要求送站，下到大廳，總經理已在前台等候送站，坐上車看着時間，6分鐘直達，3號站台入站口，下車微笑道別，服務暖心。謝謝！Nice Nice Nice 點贊三連！！！
