服務態度極差 我跟我女朋友到酒店樓底下半個小時 打了10個電話 都沒有人接 申請訂單取消不了 之後又給商家打電話 回覆是等會處理這個訂單 但遲遲沒有處理 現在的情況是我們明明沒有入住 還讓我們付錢 還給了兩個方案（一是一年內免費入住一次 二是讓我們付一半違約金）

酒店地址與導航不符，與平台發佈照片也不符，坑入住顧客，我沒有入住也扣我住酒店費用，之前答應全部退我，到後面就變卦了，還是通過平台才退回一半的費用。朋友們住這家酒店還是要謹慎哦！差評！
