大晚上到的，結果房間門刷不開，給前台打電話，説半天説是因為房卡是通電的？？？ 嗯？房卡不能用來開房門，衹用來通電？咱也是第一次見。衞生間地板臟的像很久沒人住一樣。對，酒店還比較節儉，上一個客人喝過的水還留在房間，如果不留神就會真喝了。服務的3星是打給白天退房的前台小姑娘的，態度挺好，晚上刷房卡的那個小姑娘話術還需要再培訓下。

洗手盆上都是水漬，地漏生銹。空調下面發黴牆紙都翹起來了。旁邊就是鐵路集裝箱，一整天都有噪音。房間不隔音，能聽到走廊上的腳步聲。抽紙用不到第二天，凳子上也沒擦乾淨。臨走發現窗户的鎖也壞了。但是前台小姐姐很好，臨走送了小禮物。設施衞生環境確實差強人意，但這是酒店年久的問題，在這個價位也還可以，服務人員做的已經很好了。
