Response from Property: Hi, I`m the GM of hotel, on behalf of the hotel, I do apologized for the problem caused. I`m very sorry that we couldn`t meet your satisfaction. first of all, we free-upgraded you from a room with "window torwards to corridor" to a room with "window torwards to outside", which is the corner room(it could be changed if you'd like), perhaps you don`t know it because of communication, you may check the reservation for it. the temperature of hot water was normal as usual, there was no other guest complained about it for these days, we were used to it, therefore, we sent chief Engineer ASAP to adjust the temperature after learning temperatrue is low for you, and then I asked hotel`s supervisor (male and tall) arrange another bigger room (free upgrade again) for you to change, he let the hot water flow in shower room and turned on the A/C for a while, and make sure the hot water was hot enough, he approched you and asked you if change room or not, you rejected it and shutted the door. for the distance between hotel and east train station, and the traffic was bad when you are leaving, we are sorry to hear that, hope you will have a pleasant journey in the future.
