Smooth transaction. Got me my train ticket as soon as the ticket became available
I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get the seat on the day requested. Because i had a lot of luggage i opt for a first class ticket, which is the best choice. I will be getting first class tickets from now on. It's much more comfortable then the regular class. Instead of 5 in a row, there's only 4.

很一般，衞生也不好，房間的位置很吵，通風也不是很好，以往的定得都挺好的，這個就是沒有那麼好了，現在都是網絡時代，為什麼不加強一下酒店的管理呢
