Very convenient being close to Zhengzhou East Railway station for early morning connection. Surroundings for every thing whether it is food or recreation are excellent.

The staff was a bit abrupt and reflective. Not very welcoming at first. We don’t speak Chinese but they kept asking us questions. Our passports was scanned from head to toe. But I guess the room was nice :)

The overall experience is not good. There is a KTV downstairs which is very noisy at night. After communicating with the front desk, I changed the room and found that there were still hairs on the bed. I called a male waiter to change the sheets. Considering safety factors, I asked for a female waiter, but they said that the female waiters were off work and asked the guests to change it themselves. Is there no female waiter on duty in such a big hotel at night? It was really too late and it was raining heavily in Zhengzhou so I was too lazy to bother. The overall experience was very bad. The waiter's service attitude was extremely poor, and he acted as if it was normal to have hair on the bed.
