Starway Hotel (Zhengzhou Erqi Plaza David City)

Second time staying here. It's very quiet. When you're out and about exploring, you need a peaceful room, and the hotel staff were great, helping with parking! It's also super close to Erqi District, totally walkable!

The room was relatively quiet. I hope they can improve the Wi-Fi in the future, as it's not very stable. The breakfast was quite rich and replenished promptly, which I hope they continue to maintain.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a lot of variety. The transportation around the hotel is also very convenient. Very close to the subway station, there are many places to eat around, good reviews

The room was very good (very new, we booked a deluxe double or something, which was very big and only cost about 10 or 20 bucks more than a regular room), the service attitude was also very good (especially the guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic), the environment was also good (very quiet around the river), and the road was being repaired across the bridge so it was easy to park (you could park directly on the bridge, as the parking lot was full, so it was recommended to arrive early if you were driving). The hygiene is also quite good, especially compared with the Vienna International in Zhongmu where I live now, the hygiene is so damn good (can you believe that the urine on the toilet lid in Vienna was not even wiped off), everywhere is clean and bright without any stains, the towels are also white and new, the disposable slippers are also very thick, and you won't slip when you walk in them even if your feet are soaked after washing, the mattress and pillow are very solid, and you can sleep very well (unlike the bouncy mattresses of other hotels that make sleeping very tiring). The alcohol wipes provided by Star City are also very thick. One wipe can wipe the toilet seat several times (two packs were also provided). Vienna only provided one pack, which contains small thin pieces, enough for wiping anything. The key point is that the toilet seat of Vienna turned yellow after being wiped with the wipes, which left me speechless. Now that I have just settled in Vienna, I have so much to complain about that I have to praise Starway here! ! ! ! There are not many breakfast restaurants nearby. If you are going to the Provincial Museum in the morning, you can go directly to the area near the Provincial Museum to eat. There are many Hu La Tang restaurants in the streets near the Provincial Museum. After eating, you can quickly reach the Provincial Museum by riding a bicycle (I didn’t get to eat there! I came out to look for lunch at around 3 o’clock after visiting the Provincial Museum and only then did I see many Hu La Tang restaurants! But they were closed at that time!). This Starway Hotel has a good environment. It is surrounded by residential areas and is relatively quiet. I stayed there for three nights and had a good rest. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Someone cleaned it every day. I was also very satisfied with the service of the front desk lady. The first drawback is that during my stay, there was road construction in front of the door. The entire road was closed and cars could not enter, so I couldn't get a taxi at the door. If you choose to take the subway, it is also a long way to walk to Renmin Road subway station, about one kilometer away. The sidewalk was uneven and it was difficult to drag the suitcase. Second, the hair dryer is an old model, noisy, and has low wind power. If you use it for a long time, it will have a burnt smell. I had to alternate between hot and cold air. After washing my hair at night, it took more than an hour for it to dry.
