第一，酒店空調聲音太大，沒暖氣，報修，上來個酒店稱是工程的老頭，態度惡劣陰陽怪氣。
第二，酒店未經允許在我還沒退房續住的情況下，12點就重新開房，一個人刷卡要闖進來。出差在外不説享受服務了，連個人的安全保證都做不到還怎麼敢再住你們酒店？？？？？
第三，這個房間設施老舊不説衞生差勁，嚴重不符合你們公司品牌形象格調。
我本人也是做服務行業的，出差在外能將就絕不會揪着別人的不足之處不放，但是這家酒店如此粗暴的服務態度簡直刷新我的認知。
低下混亂的管理也刷新行業下限！
