This hotel is the worst cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in... even the quilt smells like tide... sticky... not as good as Express Hotel

最差的酒店，最可笑的還是五星級。我是半夜到的酒店，前台一共三四個人，應該有兩個是實習的，一位女士接待的我，一直拉拉個臉跟誰欠她錢一樣，態度極其不好。我很正常的要兩張房卡，一張做取電用，人家直接和我説的是我來晚了，沒有多餘的卡了，那麼我問問你們酒店，我到的晚，房費是不是也要退還我一些呢？
作為服務行業，我説的這些都是最基本的，就更別説是五星級酒店了。從員工到領導，沒有一個是靠譜的，沒有解決我的任何問題。

哇偶～太棒啦！酒店設施很完善！有特別大的停車場和自助餐廳。整個環境也非常的整潔乾淨，辦理入住登記的前台小姐姐特別熱情，過程非常迅速！房間給人的感受非常舒適温馨，真的有種家的感覺。剛開始預訂房間的時候就想着這邊附近交通便利，附近也有商圈，也就300米左右，步行幾分鐘就過去了。距離鄭州CBD 二七廣場 人民公園都很近，公交地鐵就在酒店旁邊，出行方便快捷一些。 入住後發現酒店的整個裝璜設計也非常豪華典雅，不愧是鄭州老牌酒店，整個雍容大氣的感覺衹有經過歷史的沉澱才能夠擁有的。

參加活動朋友推薦了鄭州建國飯店，飯店停車場方便車位多，外觀像座花園式城堡，服務人員比較熱情，走到哪都有人問好，早餐煎餅果子不錯，水果蔬菜沙拉都比較新鮮，涼菜熱菜都比較豐富，吃完飯到院裏溜達了會，整體都比較乾淨，感覺很愜意很放鬆，剛好遇到飯店婚禮活動，現場特別漂亮，還會再來也會推薦朋友
