5/5PerfectThe hotel is very new and the service is very good. There are guides throughout the process from check-in to entering the room. Since I lived in a room near the elevator on the first night, it was a bit noisy. After the feedback from the front desk, I immediately changed the room and gave me a small gift to apologize.
