1.交通便利，小區門口就是地鐵站，而且周邊吃的也多。
2.房間衞生不夠乾淨，尤其衞生間，反臭太太太太嚴重。
3.房東的入住要求和限制也十分的多。
4.總的來説，房間位置不錯，有投影，但房子裝修太久，衞生需要改進。

非常温馨舒服的民宿，位置很好找，民宿主人的解答非常詳細。地理位置超好，樓下就是二砂場創業園區，有很多好吃好玩的，還有集市可以逛！
暖氣很足，床品非常舒服。
因為帶着小寵物，提前電話溝通，房主很nice。阿山二砂廠院內遛狗太爽了！
