Kangjia Boutique Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are clean and tidy. The location is convenient, close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Zhengzhou Railway Station, and there are plenty of snack shops nearby. The receptionist is very friendly and patient. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. As requested during booking, the room was very quiet, and the service was friendly, patient, and attentive to all needs. I was extremely satisfied with the daily provision of a new, sealed toilet seat cover! And it was made of cotton, so it was very comfortable! Most of the toiletries were also sealed and disposable, which made me feel very safe using them. The room was thoughtfully furnished. I checked out at noon, and since my train was in the evening, I could store my luggage at the front desk. The hotel is right across from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and next to a subway station, making transportation very convenient. There's a spacious and bright restaurant downstairs that continuously serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at affordable prices, which is very convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay! Highly recommended!

The hotel is next to the hospital, so I wouldn't recommend it for tourists. There are many patients and their families staying there, making me feel very uncomfortable. Parking is also scarce, and they charge 20 yuan per day for parking! The hotel is hard to find; I drove around for a long time. It's on the 10th floor of a commercial and residential building. Overall, my stay was quite poor.

The room was so-so, but the service was very good.
