Zicheng Hotel (Provincial Orthopaedics Hospital Subway Station High-speed Railway East Station)

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful, and the location is convenient with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to friends!

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was well-equipped, and the main highlight was how clean it was. It was also quite spacious. The front desk was easy to find.

The location is quite good, right outside the Provincial Orthopedic Hospital subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The room is very clean and even comes with disposable facial towels. If there's an available room, you can also check in early.

I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel! 😅 It looks nothing like the pictures. First, they gave me an incredibly tiny room; the table under the TV wasn't even there (like in p3), it bore no resemblance to the photos whatsoever. Didn't they check what room I booked before assigning it? 😄 Later, they switched me to one that was somewhat closer to the pictures, but the bathroom floor was soaking wet, and so was the bathtub – clearly not wiped down, with hair still in it. The tables were covered in dust; you could wipe off a whole layer with a tissue! 😄😄 The bottom of the slippers were covered in dirty, grey water, and the sofa and tables were full of water stains. It was so filthy! Did they even clean, or just make the bed? 😄😄 The room walls were pink, just like those cheesy QQ hotels! 😄😄 The backrest of the chair was also broken. 😄👍 Can't they put a little effort into their guests, or do they just treat people differently depending on who they are? 😄 It was disgusting to stay there. The toilet also wouldn't drain. I saw the cleaner was a man – is that why it's so cheap? 😄 It was so unbelievably dirty! 👍 I've never stayed in a hotel this filthy; they clearly don't care about their guests. A hotel with hygiene like this should just go out of business! 👍

The room was clean and odor-free, with plenty of space, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right next to the Orthopedic Hospital subway station, making travel very convenient and close to Zhengzhou High-Speed Railway Station. The front desk is located inside the Keke convenience store, which was a bit hard to find; I had to call the front desk to get directions. The service was good though.

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, and there's a bus stop nearby, making it convenient for getting around and reaching the train station. There are also dining options and convenience stores in the vicinity. The rooms are on higher floors, and I've stayed here multiple times. Overall, it's a decent place.

Great! The environment is clean and hygienic. The facilities are all excellent; everything used inside, even the towels, are disposable.
