The room was a bit dry, so if you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend bringing a humidifier. The environment was great, though I didn't really leave the room much. Hotel location is good, go out is Xizhou subway station, not far from several business districts, stations, attractions. The address of the hotel room is quite strange. If you want to find it, you need to ask in advance, and you must also be optimistic about the instructions posted outside the door. The room is an apartment hotel, equipped with a refrigerator and washing machine but no TV, and the facilities are more abundant. The toilet has disposable bath towels. I looked at the bath towels hanging on the wall. It is best to use disposable ones. The bed was not bad to sleep, but the sanitary details were more general. The hanging air conditioner he uses here, the efficiency can not be up to the hair dryer intermittently, the room is not cold but not hot at night. In addition, the soundproofing of the room is not very good, and the sound of the next door can be heard. The overall experience is OK, and the price/performance ratio is not bad.

The old toilet clogged in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, and they couldn't offer a solution and even asked if it was urgent... I wouldn't be calling in the middle of the night if it wasn't urgent, right? It's understandable that no one could come to fix it since it was so late, but they couldn't even provide a plunger. Is the point of having someone on duty just to sell rooms? It was very unprofessional and inflexible. After much back and forth, they reluctantly gave me a spare room key to use the bathroom temporarily. The next day, they called me at 7:30 AM saying they could unclog the toilet, but someone didn't arrive until after 8 AM. The cleaning lady came in and immediately started lecturing us about what we threw in there. Seriously, so speechless. The cleaner was saying their toilets weren't good while simultaneously accusing us of throwing toilet paper in. Unbelievable! The front desk really needs better training, and the cleaning staff needs some boundaries!

The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very efficient. The staff were excellent, and they were particularly prompt in refilling the bottled water in the fridge. I stayed for a few days to attend a concert. The hotel is conveniently located near both the subway and bus stations, making it very easy to get around. Plus, the food in Zhengzhou is both affordable and delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance to visit Zhengzhou in the future. Oh, and the breakfast was really good!

This is definitely the best pet-friendly hotel in Zhengzhou in terms of environment and facilities. I've already stayed here three times. It's excellent, parking is free, and overall it's really good.

Facilities: The rooms didn't seem newly renovated; some parts were quite old. We booked two twin rooms with windows, but one of the windows couldn't be opened, and the room had a strong odor. We were later moved to a double room with a window. The rooms were on the second floor, but there was no direct elevator; only stairs, requiring a rather long detour to reach the elevator. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was just average; the room air quality wasn't great. Environment: The surrounding environment was okay, with several restaurants. Service: Average; they only changed the room after some negotiation.

The location is very close to Zhengzhou East Station, but next time I won't choose a place so near the train station. It's only 600 meters, so taking a taxi isn't worth it, and walking requires climbing over a railing, which took about fifteen minutes. The facilities are very basic, and the hygiene is just okay.
