The convenient location is very close to the railway station, although we took a taxi because we arrived at night. Room conditions are standard. I loved it, it was clean. The staff of the hotel is very polite and even helped us to order a taxi to the nearby city.

Stayed here as it was close to Zhengzhou East station, convenient for a late arrival. Easily the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every surface is spotless. I get the impression this is attention to detail, rather than age of the hotel. You would expect some dust or debris left over from construction if new, but there's nothing, it's like a hospital. All staff seem like they genuinely want to help. Those at reception especially so - showing great patience helping non-chinese speakers trying to navigate problems which aren't due to the hotel, and doing so with a smile. Stayed at many Western brand hotels in China over the period of a month, and this was clearly better than all of them. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is a pet-friendly hotel. I like the room decoration. You can see the surrounding buildings from the window. There is a green area opposite the hotel where you can take your dog for a walk. There are snacks, fruits and coffee at the front desk, which are free for guests staying in the hotel. You can wash clothes for free here. You can hand over the dirty clothes to the front desk lady at night and they will be delivered the next morning. The breakfast is a set meal. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too light.
