六點之前退房，房費199，多收半天一定要收158，也無所謂，問一下老闆你那個前台和誰有深仇大恨，外地人在鎮雄三年，你們家200天肯定住到了，以後肯定也不住了，和前台説一下態度不好不是他的錯是我們錯了

#負評#對走廊隔音失望；5号订的套房，包含有麻将间，晚上想打麻将才发现桌子里是空的，没有麻将没有骰子。打电话问前台，得到的结果是不让打，没有一句理由和解释，电话中态度十分恶劣，要求让次日12点前退房（订房时显示14:00前退房），我只是问一句这还没到第二天呢就催着退房，我的问题（麻将）还没有给我解决呢，前台之间来一句：“你不想听就自己挂掉，我这边忙着呢”
这种酒店、这种前台、这种服务还敢还能再住吗？

在鎮雄住的最多的酒店，房間比較大，設施相對來説比較整潔。前台工作人員服務熱情，唯一不足就是房間隔音不太好，隔壁關門都可以聽到。
